The Help Desk is a support team within OIT Support Services. We serve WVU students, faculty, and staff at all WVU campuses. Staff members are available to answer calls during normal WVU office hours and during extended hours evenings and weekends. Read more about our services >

Trouble calls may also be logged via Magic Self Service Help Desk (opens a new window) or voice mail 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We respond to calls left overnight for us on voice mail or by electronic means at the beginning of each business day. Note: your call to the OIT Help Desk may be recorded.
